Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Jobdun account and the data associated with it at any time, either directly in the app or by emailed request.

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

  1. Open the Jobdun app and sign in.
  2. Tap your avatar to open the account sheet.
  3. Tap Settings → Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion. Your account is removed immediately.

Option 2: by email

Email ken@jobdun.com.au from the address registered to your account with the subject "Jobdun account deletion request". We action requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your login and profile (name, photo, contact details, location)
  • Your job posts, applications, quotes, bookings and timesheets
  • Your messages and uploaded photos and documents
  • Your notification tokens and preferences

This cannot be undone. Reviews you left for others remain (attributed to a deleted account), and minimal records may be retained where required for legal, security or audit purposes. Those records are de-identified from you.
